Olia co-founded the Neighborhood Festival in Pidzamche (Lviv), coordinated cultural mapping projects across multiple Ukrainian cities and co-developed the Tandem for Culture program, connecting over 400 independent cultural organizations and 320 cultural managers across 160 cities in 35 countries.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also led Ecosystems Academies within the Thaqafa Daayer Maydoor, a program supporting cultural ecosystems in the Southern Neighbourhood, including Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Tunisia, and Morocco.
