Recent challenges such as political marginalization, war, global health crises, and long-term disinvestment have exposed the fragility and limitations of the structures that support these ecosystems.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CEC Artslink and the Culture &amp; Arts Policy Institute collaborated to explore bottom-up models of cultural governance and the values and practices needed to cultivate thriving cultural landscapes. From rebuilding Ukraine\u2019s cultural infrastructure after the Russia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n full-scale invasion to countering political oppression and marginalization across the Caucasus and Central Asia,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and fostering networks of safety and solidarity in New York City, this panel defines typologies for creating, expanding, and sustaining new cultural ecologie<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that are shaped by lived experience.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The discussion is facilitated by <a href=\"https:\/\/culturepolicy.org\/gonzalo-casals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Gonzalo Casals<\/strong><\/a>, Co-Director of the Culture &amp;
