He was a Weltoffenes Berlin fellow with Initiative Neue Musik Berlin (INM). Les is a project manager at Kyiv Contemporary Music Days, running the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.kcmd.eu\/projects\/instrumental\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instrumental<\/a>\u00a0and<a href=\"https:\/\/en.kcmd.eu\/projects\/per-forma\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0Per Forma<\/a>\u00a0grant programs and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcmd.eu\/portfolio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Contemporary Classical Music Portfolio UA<\/a>. He is the co-founder of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/zapravkainitiative\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zapravka<\/a>\u00a0Initiative for Art Residency Support. Previously, he was the Head of Visual Art at the Ukrainian Institute and helped launch the EXTER residency program; Visualise exhibition support program; and Ukraine Everywhere, a program promoting the visual culture of Ukraine online.<br><br>Les is the co-founder of Heden Smugglers, an indie game studio working on an adventure title\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hedenite.myportfolio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hedenite<\/a>. He has a solo music project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/anoendofmine.bandcamp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anom<\/a>\u00a0and is a member of the doom metal band\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vindemiatrix.bandcamp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vin de Mia Trix<\/a>.
